Remove body pain by Music Therapy

A unique treatment with a new concept to get rid of body pain with music therapy using Harishophone mind machine & Transcutaneous Harishophone Nerve and Muscle Stimulation(THNMS).

Dr.Haris Gershom has developed mind machine which alters the brain waves by three controllable effect (, now using the same sound frequency which alters the brain waves have been converted to impulses by specially devised kit (THNMS)and when these impulses passes to the affected part of the body by specially designed electrode it stimulate the nervous system, activate the weakened cells ,increases the blood circulation and removes the body pain. He has observed positive effects on several patients having body pain. The important features of this therapy is it calms down the brain waves at the same time it also acts on affected part of the body to remove the body pain.

In this treatment patient do not get constant fix frequency impulses but it varies and the generating impulses frequency which varies with the sound signals resulting in α (alpha), β (beta), and γ (gamma) waves which helps in resetting the disturbed charged pulses of the body resulting in to the neutralization of electric signals of the body. It has no adverse effect.

Harishophone Mind Machine:

Mind Machine is very useful for stress management, neuro psychiatry treatment, reduces anxiety, insomnia, improves health, increases memory, learning ability and self development. It makes the person mentally stable.

Mind Machine with THNMS:

It is useful to remove Body Pain & stress management as shown above. Additional Music therapy experienced less pain in cancer patient also General discussion and difference between TENS and THNMS.

Electrical Stimulation of Nerve and Muscle

A current which varies sufficiently in magnitude can stimulate a motor nerve and so produce contraction of the muscle which it supplies, while in absence of motor nerve the muscle fiber can be stimulated directly by a suitable current.

Electrical Activity of Nerves

Owing to the difference in concentration of ions inside and outside the plasma membrane, there is a difference of potential (PD) between the inside and outside of a nerve. The resting nerve is positive outside and negative inside and the plasma membrane is not permeable to sodium ions. This is described as the polarized stage of the membrane.

When nerve is stimulated the stimulus causes a fall in the potential difference across the plasma membrane. When this fall reaches a certain critical level it causes an alteration in the permeability of the membrane to sodium ions. This results in an alteration in the concentration of ions inside a and outside and a further fall of PD until a reversal of potential occurs, the membrane is now positive inside and negative outside. Immediately after this activity the sodium ions are pumped out again and that part of the of the nerve returns to its resting state. The difference of potential between the active and resting part of the nerve causes local electron flow between the active and the adjacent parts of the nerve.

This wave of change of the polarized state constitutes the passage of an impulse along the nerve. Effect of muscle Contraction When muscle contracts as a result of electrical stimulation the changes taking place within the muscle are similar to those associated with voluntary contraction. There is increased metabolism, with a consequent increase in the demand for oxygen and foodstuff, and an increased output of waste products, including metabolites. The metabolite causes dilatation of capillaries and arterioles and there is a considerable increase in the blood supply to the muscle.

As the muscle contract and release they exert a pumping action on the veins and lymphatic vessels lying within and around them. The valves in the vessels ensure that the fluid they contain is moved towards the heart. If the muscle contractions are sufficiently strong to cause joint movement this also exerts a pumping effect. There are thus increased venous and lymphatic returns.

Transcutaneous Harishophone nerve and muscle stimulator THNMS

In THNMS no direct electrical supply or battery current is used. The resultant wave frequency that generated by Harishophone mind machine by adjusting sound frequency of right & left tract of specially constructed CD of alpha music passes through THNMS it converts this binaural beat in to Beat frequency ( resultant sound impulses). This controllable beat frequency (resultant sound impulses) stimulates the nerve and muscle.

Dr.Haris Gershom has constructed very special CD of alpha music using Indian & western classical and religious melody blending with sound of Harishophone and sounds of nature. The main problem associated with direct application of faradic or sinusoidal currents to patients is the very high skin impedance (apparent resistant) encountered by such beat frequency from THNMS Cross the patient tissues, A further sophistication of this technique is to allow a frequency swing in which rhythmical progression is made through the full range beat frequency by using CD of alpha music where right ad left tract are recorded very specially.

Major advantage for this THNMS therapy is that the effects are products in the tissues where they are required without unnecessary and uncontrollable skin stimulation.

Relief of Pain

Pain may be relieved very effectively using THNMS because of increase in local circulation which may be produced by either the local pumping effect on autonomic nerve and therefore blood vessels, may help remove chemicals from the area which are stimulating nociceptors Uses.

THNMS can be useful method of reducing or removing pain in chronic pain syndromes. This music Therapy is unique , works on new concept that alters the brain waves (Calm down the brain waves at the same time same binaural beat converted in to beat frequency( Resultant sound impulses ) that stimulate the nerve and muscle that removes the pain too. This treatment has been given to many patients suffering from depression & body pain, & positive effect has been observed by Dr.Haris Gershom. A study on cancer patient recently showed that a patient had usual pain medicines but also had the additional music therapy by Harishophone Mind Machine and THNMS experienced less pain then previously. Music therapy relaxes the patient it could possibly be beneficial in raising the innate immune system which could have therapeutic implication for cancer.

Dr.Walter Quan Jr. Oncologist Hematologist of St.Luke Medical center in Cleveland , Ohio , attests that:” The mind/body relationship is particularly important in terms of looking at the immune system to treat cancer. We believe that patients who are under less stress, who are in brighter mood, appear to do better in terms of anti-cancer therapy. I think that music therapy and immune therapy of cancer all tie together.

I am very much thankful to Well-known Neurophisician Dr.Sudhir Shah M.D.D.M.(Neuro )(Bombay) for his continuous inspiration during my research work on this music therapy and he has experimented on many patient at his clinic and observed brain waves before and after giving my music therapy. Dr.Sudhir Shah has observed well organized alpha waves with better modulation & voltage. Patients were in deep alpha state of mind, relaxed. I am also very much thankful to Technical Director ShreeLal Zha of SFRCI, Dept. of Physics, VallabhVidya Nagger (388120), Gujarat for his expert technical guidance.

Thanks due to well known Psychiatrist Dr Hemang Desai M.D.(Psychic) for allowing me to give music therapy at his clinic atAhmedabad.
